What are Buck tokens?Buck is a utility token used within the Buck ecosystem to access community forums, use protocol features, and gain eligibility with discretionary yield. Buck uses a portion of proceeds and treasury inflows, less taxes and fees, to acquire Strategy Inc.'s STRC and distribute treasury revenue as yield to token holders. Price will fluctuate based upon STRC volatility and market conditions.
What is the official smart contract address?
How do I collect Buck yield?Annual yield is automatic. You no longer need to "Claim" or launch the app to receive yield. The yield is reflected in the holder’s wallet every month.
How does the annual yield work?Yield is annualized, accruing in real time by the minute. Buck's treasury holds STRC. The Buck treasury distributes revenues it receives to compliant token holders from its STRC holdings, less taxes and fees. Any distributions are subject to STRC return of capital received.
Is staking required to potentially earn yield?No. There is no staking required. You continue to own your tokens and yield accrues automatically while held.
How does Buck yield eligibility work?You’re eligible for monthly yield if you hold Buck from the 15th at 9am ET through the 15th at 5pm ET. If you purchase Buck after the 15th at 9am ET, you won’t earn yield for that month — your eligibility will begin the following month.
Can I access my tokens at any time?Yes. There are no lock-ups, bonding, or withdrawal restrictions. Your tokens remain liquid and accessible 24/7.
What forms the value of the Buck tokens?The Buck Token (BUCK) price is market driven. The token issuer has purchased Strategy Inc. STRC preferred equity, with Strategy being 5x collateralized with Bitcoin.
Can I buy and sell tokens without AML verification?No. All buyers and sellers must undergo AML (Anti-Money Laundering) verification before transacting.
What are the risks involved?While highly collateralized, risks include governance votes, preferred equity underlying price volatility, potential changes in Strategy's performance, STRC payment of return of capital, or regulatory shifts. See Terms .
Are there any withholding taxes on my yield?There is currently no yield withholding tax. Only the local tax obligations of token holders may apply. For more information, consult a qualified accountant for personalized advice.
Can institutions participate?Yes. Buck is built for both retail (where legally permitted) and institutional participants. Institutions can purchase, custody, and trade the Buck Token [BUCK] through compliant channels.
Am I able to buy and sell in the USA?The Buck Token [BUCK] is currently not available for purchase or sale in the USA due to regulatory restrictions. Investors residing in the United States are not permitted to buy or sell the Buck Token [BUCK] at this time.
What is the refund policy for EU purchasers under MICA?In accordance with the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation ('MiCA'), purchasers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase of their digital asset within 14 days from the purchase period. This right of withdrawal does not apply if the digital asset has already been transferred or sold by purchasers to a third party during the 14-day period.

To request a refund, users must notify us in writing by sending an email to Buck Support [support@buck.io] with the subject line 'Refund Request – Buck Token (BUCK) Sale' within the 14-day withdrawal period. The request must include:

  • • Purchaser's full name, email address, and wallet address
  • • A statement explicitly requesting a refund under your MiCA withdrawal right.

Upon receiving a valid refund request, Buck will process the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Is Buck no longer a governance token?The Buck Token's has evolved from from a governance token to a utility token. Smart contracts have been updated to reflect a lack governance rights.
